This is our new favourite Sunday brunch. Waffle with crispy bacon and maple syrup.
Step one: Grill bacon on high heat till ultra crispy. Only need to flip once. Alternatively bake them in the oven at 200 degree Celsius till they shrink to about half their original size.
Step two: Make waffle. If you have not seen my waffle recipe it is HERE.
Step three: Assemble warm waffle on plate followed by two crispy bacon. Last but not least a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Then feel like your life is complete.
